Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive at Queen Alia International Airport and meet your assistant in the arrivals hall. From there, it's a straightforward transfer to your hotel to settle in for the night.
- Day 2
Jerash
After breakfast, you'll head to Ajloun to see the Islamic castle sitting on a 1123-meter-high mountain, which dates back to 1185 and was built by Sultan Salah Ad-din. Then you'll drive to Jerash, about 50 km north of Amman, where you can walk through one of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities in the Middle East. There you'll check out the Artemis Temple, ancient theatres, and the famous Colonnaded Street before heading back to Amman for the night.

Madaba - Mount Nebo - Petra
You'll start with breakfast and a panoramic tour of Amman to see the Citadel, Roman Theatre, old city, and residential areas, with time to wander through the busy souqs. After that, you're driving to Madaba to see its Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics, particularly the 6th-century mosaic map of Palestine in St. George's Church. Next, it's on to Mount Nebo where you can visit a 4th-century church and monastery, plus take in panoramic views of the Holy Land with Jericho usually visible and Jerusalem on clear days. By evening, you'll drive to Petra for dinner and overnight.

Petra
You'll spend the day exploring Petra, the ancient Nabataean capital carved into rose-colored rock. You can walk through the major monuments including the Treasury (the famous site from The Last Crusade), the Tombs of Colors, Royal Tombs, and the Monastery. Dinner and overnight stay are in Petra.

Wadi Rum
After breakfast, you're heading into southern Jordan's dramatic desert landscape with its distinctive rock formations. You'll take approximately a 2-hour 4WD jeep tour led by Bedouins (6 passengers per vehicle) through beautiful scenery shaped by erosion and featuring the region's fine red-toned colored sands. After that, there's dinner and an overnight stay.

Dead Sea
After breakfast, you'll head toward the Israel and Palestine border along the Jordan River to visit Bethany, one of Jordan's most spiritual locations. You'll explore the archaeological complex at Bethany beyond the Jordan (Al-Maghtas) on the eastern bank, about 9 km north of the Dead Sea, which is recognized as where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. Pope John Paul II attended its inauguration in 2000. From there, you'll transfer to the Dead Sea for free time to swim and experience the therapeutic mud before dinner and accommodation.

Dead Sea
You'll spend the day at the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth at 423 meters below sea level. You have free time to float in the natural salt water (the high salt content means you'll float effortlessly) and use the hotel facilities. It's often called the world's largest natural spa, and you can experience the unique buoyancy and the therapeutic benefits the location is known for.

Departure
