Beginning with Liz during my reservation process, she was so attentive and promptly responsive. Then all the way through to the last drop off back at the airport, I have never experienced such an exceptional tour company. The highlight of my experience was my tour guide, Papa Freddy. His passion for what he does and what he knows made everything exciting and a memory of a lifetime. There’s no price tag on that. I was also sick with a chest cold on top of altitude sickness and Freddy did everything to accommodate my needs. I can’t imagine the experience having been any more perfect without Freddy looking out for me the whole time. I am forever grateful. He is a major asset to your company. Fortunately, I was able to resolve this issue and immediately contacted Lucero, our travel agent, who promptly set up another airport pickup for us.
