Please allow me to offer you our most sincere and heartfelt apologies for the inconveniences and disappointments you experienced during your trip. We are truly sorry to hear that the tour felt poorly organized and that you were not given the rest and comfort that every traveler deserves. Your experience is far from the standard of quality and care we strive to provide, and we deeply regret that your journey did not meet your expectations. We also want to extend our sincere apologies for the inconsistency in the tour guides. While we work with a network of professionals across different regions, we acknowledge that not all of them lived up to the standards you expected—and rightfully deserve. The incident involving a guide picking up a hitchhiker is completely unacceptable and goes against our policies and values. Please be assured that this is being thoroughly investigated, and all guides involved in your tour are currently under review to ensure accountability and prevent similar issues in the future. We are also truly sorry to hear that the quality of the accommodations did not meet your expectations. In particular, regarding the situation at Mama Sara Hotel, we acknowledge and deeply regret the distress it caused. While your reservation was properly submitted on our end, the hotel unfortunately overbooked, which resulted in your friend’s room being reassigned. The manager did approach your group to explain the situation and, in an effort to resolve it, arranged for your friend to be accommodated at a nearby hotel in the same category. However, we completely understand that this was not an ideal solution, especially since your friend was traveling alone and had to be separated from the group. In hindsight, we recognize that offering you more than one alternative—perhaps redistributing the rooms within the same hotel to keep everyone together—would have been a more appropriate and sensitive approach. We sincerely apologize for not having better anticipated and managed this situation. Please know that we are taking your comments very seriously and have already begun implementing improvements. We are actively revising our list of hotel partners and seeking new accommodations that can offer not only better quality, but also a more reliable experience for our travelers. Additionally, we are re-evaluating all the guides who were assigned to your trip, with the clear objective of ensuring consistent professionalism across all destinations. What happened during your tour does not reflect the values, standards, or dedication we aim to uphold. We are incredibly sorry that your experience has led you to feel you would not book with us again or recommend our services to others.
