We travelled with our 2 kids (8 &9) and Ali made it such a wonderful adventure for our family. He was so warm and kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We plan to start the trip at 8:00 AM by picking up the travelers directly from their hotel or riad. On the last day, we usually arrive back in Marrakech around 7:00 PM. If the travelers have specific needs, we can be a little flexible with the start time, depending on their arrival and location.
