Thu· April 26th, 2025Overall, the tour had a fast-paced structure, which allowed us to see a lot in a short time. Our Travel Director was excellent — very attentive, organized, and made the experience enjoyable. The local specialists were also very knowledgeable. The hotels were generally located farther from the city centers, usually about a 20-minute taxi ride away. Most rooms were standard, with no extra amenities. The hotel in Granada, in particular, could have been better — we aren’t used to handheld showers, and unfortunately, the shower head holder didn’t work properly, causing water to spray everywhere. Our trip to Montserrat was a bit disappointing due to heavy rain and zero visibility, though unfortunately that was beyond anyone's control. Ironically, the sun came out right after we left.
