What people love about Spain Tours from Madrid
- Andalusia & Mediterranean Coast with Barcelona
My trip to Spain which I booked through TourRadar was Wonderful. The tour was definitely as advertised, The bus was comfortable and had Wi-Fi. The people on my tour were great. I was traveling alone, and they were friendly and kind. I met a lot of wonderful people. We did see all of the highlights of all of the magnificent cities on our tour. The hotels were for the most part very nice, definitely four-star. A couple in the smaller towns were just ok. Our driver, Jaime was very efficient and friendly. By far and away the absolute best part of my trip was my tour guide, Carmen. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her English was excellent. She knew so much about everywhere we went. No matter what came up, Carmen was unflappable. She knew what to do in every circumstance. I also felt as if there was nothing that she wouldn't do for her tour members. In fact, when a bike race closed the streets in Madrid and our tour bus could not make it back to our final destination hotel, she took the last three of us on the Metro in Madrid and literally carried my bag down the Metro steps and paid my fare to make sure that I got where I needed to be. (She was even kind enough to overlook the fact that I reacted like a toddler at the inconvenience.) In short, my trip was wonderful! I would book with TourRadar/DestinationServicesSpain/Julia again! Gracias Carmen!
- Best of Southern Spain
My husband, adult son, and I joined the tour in Granada and we had an excellent group and guide! The only issue we had was the fact that we had to do a lot of walking with our luggage as opposed to having that taken care of. There was also an issue with the bus driver Going in to Granada which delayed the group and we almost missed our Alhambra tour. But Thiago took care of us and straightened everything out. We also loved the final meal in Barcelona where we cooked our own dinner with a shirt f but Tiago took care of us and straightened everything out. We also loved the final meal in Barcelona where we cooked our own dinner with a chef from Agency about trains refugees so that they can be successful cooks in Spain. Such a great cause not to mention the food was amazing
- Andalucia & Toledo, 5 days on Thursdays
It was amazing experience good service and our driver guide was professional and caring. It was excellent small group tour but I had difficulties communicating with my group nearly all of them were Spanish speaking and did not know English and I dont speak Spanish.During excursions the guides were giving much more information in Spanish than in English which is dissapointing. In future I am planning to visitSpain again but would like to join English speaking group.I am interested jn Highlights of Spain and Portugal tour and probably will use the service of this company
