Itinerary
- Day 1
Windhoek
Your guide meets you at Hosea Kutako International Airport or your accommodation with a warm greeting. After about 45 minutes, you'll head toward Namib Naukluft Park, driving through Spreetshoogte Pass and stopping briefly at Solitaire along the way. Once at your lodge, settle in and relax by the pool before gathering for dinner to meet your guide and go over the itinerary.

Namib Naukluft Park
After breakfast, you'll head deep into Namib Naukluft National Park to see Sossusvlei. The day includes Dune 45 with its dramatic slopes (great for sunrise or sunset photos), the white clay pan at Deadvlei where ancient dead trees stand against the sand, and a walk through Sesriem Canyon carved by the Tsauchab River. You'll see some of the desert's most photographed landscapes.

Kuiseb Pass to Tropic of Capricorn
Today's drive takes you through Namibia's rugged terrain via Kuiseb Pass through Kuiseb Canyon, where towering cliffs line the route. Keep an eye out for baboons, mountain zebras, and desert birds as you travel south. You'll stop at the Tropic of Capricorn to stand at 23.5 degrees south and photograph the iconic signpost marking where you can straddle the line between hemispheres before heading to your accommodation.

Walvis Bay and Swakopmund
Start early with a boat cruise on the Atlantic Ocean aboard a comfortable catamaran holding up to 25 people. You'll search for sea lions, dolphins, pelicans, cormorants, and the rare Mola-Mola fish while enjoying a light lunch onboard. In the afternoon, explore Swakopmund's historic German architecture and seaside character, then experience a quad bike adventure. The rest of the day is yours for shopping and wandering around town.

Windhoek to Airport
After a quiet breakfast at the guesthouse, you'll drive to Windhoek, arriving in late morning or early afternoon. If time allows, explore the city with your guide or do some shopping before heading to the airport. Remember you need to be there 2 hours before your flight, and the drive from the city center takes about an hour.
