If, as a Traveller, you cancel your requested booking before the requested booking is confirmed by an Operator, TourRadar will cancel any pre-authorization to your credit card and/or refund any nominal amounts charged to your credit card in connection with the requested booking within a commercially reasonable time (7-10 business days). You agree to pay TourRadar the Deposit for any booking requested in connection with your TourRadar Account if such requested bookings are confirmed by the Operator. Once your booking is confirmed by the Operator, your Group Tour is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated on the booking page of the tour, the following rules shall apply to cancellations & refunds. If you provide notice of cancellation to the Operator prior to 60 days to departure, only your Deposit will be forfeited. If you request to cancel a tour between 60-31 days before the departure date 50% of the Group Tour Costs will be forfeited.
