What is the sleeping bag temperature range? What do you mean by liter - empty water bottles?

    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten January 2024

Any sleeping bag is fine as weather is not cold. We have plenty of blankets. By liter I mean headlamp. This trip will be private if no one books on the same date, with extra fees.

    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten January 2024

    Asked on August 7th, 2023

I'm interested in doing the 7 days camel trek to Erg Zahar this fall. However, I have a couple of questions. How many hours of hiking is it per day, and how many kilometers does it cover in total. Also, how many people are usually in an average group.

    Tour Details
    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten August 2023

During the trek, you can generally expect to spend around 4 to 5 hours per day actively hiking. As for the distance covered, the trek typically spans between 8 to 10 kilometers per day. Regarding group size, on average, our groups consist of around 4 to 10 fellow travelers. But there is no guarantee that others will be on the same trek, so in case no one books, you will have the trek private and pay an extra 50%.
