We got exactly what we came for, which was to see the Northern Lights, learn some Alaskan history and background, meet and hear from people who are long time Alaskan residents, and meet the Iditarod mushers and their dogs. To see both Iditarod starts and to witness the excitement of the dogs and the crowd was an unforgettable experience.
