Once booked, no way to cancel if you change your mind without losing money. The description of the tour gives the impression of 5 full days while in fact it's only 3 x 3-hour tours and a 4-night sleep in a 4 star hotel worth zero. The experience details are not provided until the last minute. They say in the description that the details will be provided 2 to 3 weeks prior, while they only share details and vouchers 7 days before the trip. The guided tours of the Vatican and the roman empire were worth it but would be much cheaper with other companies. The food tour starts at 6 pm and consists of 2 pieces of pizza with a drink, a bite of fried artichoke and a suppli, 2 kinds of pasta with wine, and ice cream, with a walk from one place to another. Very minimal details given on the food or the areas visited. At the 4-star hotel, the breakfast was the only plus.
