Megan· December 12th, 2025I had the best time on the 15 day Thailand trip! Every experience was a 10/10, from the floating bungalows in Khao Sok, to relaxing in Phi Phi, to visiting the elephant sanctuary in Chang Mai. There really is something for everyone on this tour! Our group leader Jamie made the experience amazing from start to finish, always going above and beyond to give each and every one of us the best experience. He was always there to help if ever anyone needed anything. He made the whole trip so fun and enjoyable and anyone doing a tour with Feel Free would be lucky to have him as their tour guide. I would recommend this trip to anyone thinking about doing it, you will have the best time making memories and friends for life.Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Rachel· December 11th, 2025Jamie Deserves a Trophy (and Maybe a Vacation After Dealing With Us) ⭐ Just finished a Feel Free Tour in Thailand and honestly… someone should check Jamie’s backpack because I’m convinced he’s hiding superpowers in there. From the moment we met him, he had the energy of someone who actually likes waking up early — which is wild. He kept our chaotic group organized, entertained, hydrated, and somehow still smiling, even when we were melting in the heat or asking the same question for the tenth time (“Wait, what’s the plan again?”). Jamie knew everything — history, culture, the best photo spots, where to get snacks, and probably our zodiac signs if we had asked. He made every single person feel included and managed to pull off that perfect balance of fun and responsible… like a cool older brother who also carries hand sanitizer. He turned an already amazing tour into something unforgettable. If you get Jamie as your guide, congratulations — your trip is about to level up. 🙌🇹🇭Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Selina· December 9th, 202515 Day – Best of Thailand with Feel Free Travel: An unforgettable trip! This was my very first long-distance trip on my own, and looking back, it was honestly the best decision I could have made. From day one I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed in our group of 18 people. Everyone was so friendly and open, and even though English isn’t my first language, I always felt included and understood. The group was incredibly supportive, which made everything so much easier. A huge shoutout to our tour guide Jamie. He was absolutely amazing - always in a good mood, super organised, helpful and genuinely passionate about giving us the best experience possible. He handled everything so effortlessly and made sure every single person in the group felt included and taken care of. The itinerary itself was beautiful and extremely varied: from the buzzing city life in Bangkok, to peaceful beaches, and of course the stunning Khao Sok National Park, which was a real highlight for me. The mix of culture, adventure, nature, and relaxation was perfect. Every day was exciting, but there was also enough free time to explore on our own. By the end of the two weeks, our group truly felt like a little family, and saying goodbye was much harder than expected. I’m already looking forward to a reunion! Overall, this trip exceeded every expectation I had. It gave me unforgettable memories, and a group of people I’ll never forget. If you’re thinking about discovering Thailand in a fun and meaningful way, this tour is the perfect choice. A huge thank you to Feel Free Travel and especially to Jamie for making this experience so special.Show moreTrip date: October 2025- DTDavid· December 9th, 2025I booked the 15 day - best of Thailand trip back in July 2025, and went in completely blind. I’d never traveled alone before. Normally with family or friends. So to go out solo on a group tour was a massive deal for me, and I’m so glad I did it! The tour is packed with many activities, with some surprises in between. I’m so glad I booked with feel free travel as I feel if I was to go with family, friends or even alone, I wouldn’t have got the same experience as I got with this tour. Definitely one to remember. My group was amazing! Great banter between everyone. Reunions are already being discussed 😄 I also want to give Jamie our tour guide a massive shoutout and thank you. He handled everything with such ease and made every person in our group of 18 feel welcome. If you wanted to arrange something in particular, he had amazing recommendations for each location we visited. I can honestly say after the best part of 2 weeks with our group, you do feel like a little family 🫰🏻 Please, if you want to see South East Asia, do check out feel free travel. I’m writing this review not even 12 hours after getting home, and working out which tour I will do next! Thank you again feel free travel, especially Jamie!Show moreTrip date: November 2025
- GSGrace· December 9th, 2025This trip went way beyond my expectations! I went into this trip quite nervous and equally excited and looking back now, I’m kicking myself because there was just no need for the nerves! Our tour guide, Jamie, welcomed me in with such warmth and enthusiasm which put me right at ease. There was an itinerary for each day, telling us where we were going and what we were doing but Jamie knew this like it was on the back of his hand. I asked a lot of questions, however unnecessary they might’ve been but Jamie was so patient with each of us, I am in awe with how composed he was given that there was a big group of 18 of us! Each of the places we went to were so memorable and the group as well made my time so much better! So thank you Jamie and Feel Free, such a wonderful experience you guys have brought!Show moreTrip date: November 2025
ellie· December 9th, 2025Was the best 15 days of my life! Was my first time doing a group tour and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing it. Jack· December 6th, 2025Was such an amazing tour with a fantastic group. FeelFree provided such a personal experience to an entire group and really went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had the best time. They cover everything and take the stress out so you can just turn up and enjoy it. They do a good job of making itineraries so there’s something for everything - it really takes the stress out of travel so you just need to turn up and enjoy. I also feel like it gives a good flavour of the country, I don’t feel like I’ve missed anything that I need to come back for. A super efficient way to travel! Getting to spend two weeks with a great crowd is something you can’t put a price on when you are travelling solo - come the end of the trip you are a little family. Would really recommend getting onto one of their tours. A special shoutout to our guide Jamie for doing such a good job - he really went above and beyond and made it special for everyone. This trip was a memory I will never forget and I can’t thank him enough for giving that to me.Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Matias· December 1st, 2025Our 2-week Thailand trip with Feel Free Travel was incredible. The itinerary had the perfect mix of adventure, culture, beaches and nights out — from Bangkok markets to island hopping and amazing snorkelling. Everything felt smooth and well organised, so we could just enjoy the experience. Elle, our tour manager, kept the whole trip running effortlessly. She gave clear info, created a fun and relaxed vibe, and always had great recommendations without ever being intrusive. The group atmosphere was brilliant, and the whole trip far exceeded expectations. I’d definitely recommend this tour — and would happily travel with Elle and Feel Free Travel again.Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Patrice· November 1st, 2025I just finished the 15-day Thailand tour (completing my 4th Feel Free trip), and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From start to finish, everything was so well-organized, fun, and full of unforgettable experiences. Our group leader, Jess, went above and beyond every single day - she was professional, fun, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best possible time. Her energy, patience, and passion made such a difference and brought our whole group together. Even when it rained for days on end, Jess was always ready to cheer us up with a song, dance or a round of cards. The local guides, especially Tukta and P’Samut, were fantastic — so knowledgeable, friendly, and full of stories that helped us really understand the Thai culture and cities. Every stop felt meaningful thanks to them. One of the absolute highlights for everyone was visiting Ken’s ethical elephant sanctuary. It was so special to see how much love and care he has for these beautiful animals, and to know that the experience truly supports their wellbeing. It was a day none of us will ever forget. The activities throughout the trip were amazing and offered such great value for money — from temples and markets to beaches, a cooking class, Muay Thai, and night adventures, everything felt thoughtfully chosen and well balanced. This trip exceeded all expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Thailand in a fun, authentic, and well-supported way. Thank you, Jess and the whole Feel Free Team for making it truly unforgettable! 🌿🇹🇭💛Show moreTrip date: October 2025
Ian· November 1st, 2025I just finished the 15-day Thailand trip with Feel Free Travel and it was incredible! The itinerary is packed with activities from start to finish. You really get to experience so much of Thailand, and for everything that’s included, the value for money is unbeatable. Our group leader Jess was absolutely fantastic. She has this natural good energy, even when it rained or the group was tired, she kept everyone smiling and the vibes high. Everything felt smooth and effortless thanks to her. We also had several local guides along the way who were all knowledgeable, funny, and passionate about sharing their culture. They added so much to the experience and made each stop more special. This is my second trip with Feel Free after and both have been unforgettabe. I honestly can’t recommend them enough if you want to travel, meet great people, and experience a country in the best possible way.Show moreTrip date: October 2025

Asked on October 29th, 2025Would like to know if we arrive in bangcock on Monday Jan. 5th at 11:35 am will someone be able to pick us up at the airport.
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written October 2025This trip does start on the 5th January, however Day 1 is super chilled with just dinner & drinks in the evening and the trip really gets going in the morning on Day 2. We include an airport pick up anytime on Day 1 so arriving on the 5th at 11:35am is great and we would have an airport pick up waiting for you.

Traveler•Written October 2025Turns out we wouldn't arrive till the morning of Jan. 6th. Would that also work for meeting up with the tour group.
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written October 2025When it comes to arriving on Day 2, we usually don't recommend this as it would mean missing out on the welcome chat in the morning and the group will have already headed out for the day. Of course, you could meet back up with everyone later that day, but it's not something we typically advise just so you don't miss out on anything.

Asked on September 4th, 2025Is this tour for all ages? It shows that it's for ages 13-39.
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written September 2025Our trips are designed for young travellers in their 20s and 30s, and as long as you're between 18–39, you're more than welcome to join us on an adventure

Asked on August 31st, 2025I'm interested in this but I'm slightly above the age stated but a few years (although I look much younger!) will this prevent me getting on?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written August 2025We must remain faithful to our target audience and existing customer base. These customers are young students and gap year backpackers eager to join others on their first-ever solo adventure. It would be unfair for us to accept bookings from travellers outside of the 18-39 age range that we set for our groups.

Asked on July 29th, 2025I am 46, so just slightly outside of the age range. But, I really felt like this was the best tour for my interest and needs. I'm super active and adventurous and no one thinks I'm my age. Is there any way you could make an exception?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written July 2025As much as we would love for you to join us, we must remain faithful to our target audience and existing customer base. These customers are young students and gap year backpackers eager to join others on their first-ever solo adventure. It would be unfair for us to accept bookings from travellers outside of the 18-39 age range that we set for our groups. I would suggest looking at companies like G Adventures & Intrepid. I know they have a much more flexible demographic than we do, and they offer very similar group trips.

Asked on May 30th, 2025Is there availability for 'The best of Thailand" tour starting the 7th of June?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written May 2025Can I start by checking, would it be the standard twin share accommodation you'd be looking to book or the private room upgrade option? The private room means you'd get your own room throughout the trip (Excluding the overnight train). This is an extra £600.
- M
Margaret
Asked on May 22nd, 2025Is this tour include the flights in thailand (not from my country to thailand and comeback) like bangkok to chiang mia chiang mia to krabi just let me know thank you
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written May 2025I can confirm that we include all transport while you're over in Thailand during the trip. There is 1 flight from the South up to Chiang Mai and this is booked by us. Of course as you mentioned, we don't include flights to and from Thailand and the trip starts in Bangkok and ends in Chiang Mai

Gillian
Asked on April 26th, 2025How is accommodation exactly? Will I always share a hotel room with another person from the same gender? Or will there also be dorms with more than 2 persons in each room? Is there a possibility for private rooms (with extra charge of course)?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written April 2025We stay in guesthouse/hotel accommodation with 2 people per room. Most places have swimming pools, and if you'd prefer your own space, you can upgrade to a private room for an extra £600 on top of the tour price.
- G
Gillian
Traveler•Written April 2025So I have to pay in advance in order for me to have all private rooms? Not possible to pay there for a specific stay only? And also I wanted to ask about the luggage, what luggage size is recommended to bring to this kind of trip? I mean what do most people have with them, a big suitcase or just backpack?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written April 2025For the private room upgrade you'll need to book it for the full trip, we don't have the option to offer it in chunks. When it comes to luggage you'll find some will bring a big suitcase and others a backpack... it very much boils down to personal preference but we just limit the big bag to 20kg and the small carryon to 7kg as there is an internal flight on this trip.
- G
Gillian
Traveler•Written April 2025And the internal flights are included in the package price? And one more thing I was wondering about: are most of the travelers in this trip from the UK? Or is it varied? According to statistics I mean
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written April 2025The internal flight from the South to Chiang Mai is included on Day 10 of the trip. With our company being from the UK we do see about 40-50% of our customers from the UK but I can see on the 3rd May trip that there are travellers from the UK, USA and Europe. Most are booked to travel solo also.
- G
Gillian
Traveler•Written April 2025And regarding gender balance, is it usually almost 50/50 in this regard? Just want to have an idea what to expect as a guy myself
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written April 2025Group trips do tend to be a little more popular with female travellers - I'd say it's usually around a 70/30 split. That said, on this trip there are definitely a few guys booked on already, and the vibe is always really sociable and easy-going, so you'll be in good company!

Asked on April 5th, 2025Keen for 6 adult. Thailand. Mid November'ish. Approx 12 days. A good cultural. Immersion look around plus a few beach days. Travelling return from NZ.
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written April 2025We offer two trip options in Thailand: - 9-Day Bangkok & The South - 15-Day Best of Thailand. We have departures starting on either the 15th or 17th November, and the itinerary is already set. We aim to find the perfect balance between culture, adventure and chill time, with plenty of activities included.

Asked on March 16th, 2025We'd love to book this tour but we have checked the flights and the best option would be with an arrival at 16:00 at BKK on the 15th. We wanted to check whether this is way too late or would that work with a transfer etc before dinner and drinks?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written March 2025Arriving at 16:00pm on Day 1 isn't a problem and we will still arrange an airport pick up for you at this time to take you straight to the hotel. It may be that once you arrive you wont have long until the group is ready to head out for dinner & drinks, however if you wanted a little extra time to freshen up then you could always meet up with them a little later.
- D
Dale
Traveler•Written March 2025Could I just check please if the attached screenshot means we could book the same accommodation for the night before? I.e. we would arrive on the 14th Nov rather than 15th. If so, are there any restrictions? E.g. would we still be picked up from the airport?
Feel Free TravelOperator•Written March 2025We offer pre-tour accommodation which is £35 per person per night and this includes your early airport pick up on arrival and this is also in the same hotel where we start the trip. So if you were both to arrive on the 14th Nov then you would need to add 2 nights which would cover you both for the 14th.
