On this tour we were never informed that we had to pay city taxes after each stay in every hotel in additition water and bevages were an additional charge at each dinner. On second day of tour at a lunch provided part of our group of 10 was sitting at a rear table at luncheon provided and was being served last, tour guide said to meet in front of restaurant at 2:30 when we all got their at 2:30 he and the group already left to complete that phase of tour. It was everything as stated. The churches and temples are breathtaking. Prompt on picking and dropping off at the airport. Our tour driver Pina was excellent don’t know how he drives around Sicily, some roads are narrow. Our tour director, Puligo? Was so caring and took time to answer questions. If you don’t like seafood put that on your paper for allergies. I did not and there are lots of fish and eggplant dishes. My tour director did set me up with different food after i didn’t eat the first time. Overall perfect tour and we had great weather. Unfortunately my daughter's accommodation in Catania was not provided as requested and paid for, even though we were informed that it was. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. I have requested a refund for my daughter but, even though I was told that my daughter would be given a refund, I was told that they need to have some information confirmed first. The first two guides were great - Antonella and Rita and also our driver Pino.Unfortunately though, the last guide Maria Grazia, could've made more effort by providing information while we were all on the bus heading to our destinations. The first 2 guides gave us information about buildings, castles and other landmarks on the ride. Instead, it was a quiet and boring ride to Erice and Segesta. We would suggest to visit the Turkish Steps instead of the Salt Pans, especially because they're not too far away from each other. All hotel accommodation was good as well as breakfasts. I highly recommend this tour. I never imagined so much could be explored in so little time. This was an unforgettable experience. Tour Radar planned every step in detail to help us learn about Sicily and its history. I enjoyed most of the meals and the hotels were comfortable and accesible to the central areas of every city we visited so we could walk at night to enjoy the surroundings. I definitely recommend this trip to everyone, although it requires some level of strength to do all the walking. Don't be afraid. Is the price for the transfer from the airport to the hotel included? What are the size of this group? Do you offer tours in French (or audio guides in French)? Soleto TravelOperator•Written April 2025The entry fees to the various Churches, Museums, Archaeological parks, are not included in the total price. But, can be purchased in advance,with an add on package including also the local city taxes. Otherwise, they can be paid in cash only on the spot ,through our tour leader. Yes, the transfer from the Airport to the Hotel is included in the total price. Being a private transfer, it is arranged according to the arrival times of the customers' flights, there is no fixed time. The size of the group is variable, around 35 -40 people during the high season months, such as May, September, October. While it is usually between 25 to 35 during the other months. No, the tour is carry out in English and in Spanish language. There is a monolingual group in English only and another group in Spanish . I can check re the audio guide,but I think for certain sites ( Like The Valley of the Temples) there should be audio guides in French too. Yes of course, it's possible and the tariff is even a bit lower than double room for 2 adults.

Yes of course, we do have triple rooms available. You can be three in one room. Yes the price is lower compared to a group of 2. The price per person in triple room is Euro 40 less per person. The check-in on the first day is available from 2 pm onwards.

Yes, the name of the Hotel used in Palermo is Mercure Palermo Centro Hotel 4*, via M Stabile Palermo. It's very well located in the city centre. The upgrade to superior room, is subject to availability. And is offered along with the airport transfer in and out, all city taxes, entrances to all museums and attractions plus the upgrade to superior or deluxe room at each Hotel. The cost of this package is different in case of solo travelers or double / twin room.
