  What a wonderful trip!!! As an older solo traveler and the only one on the trip, I was truly treated like a VIP. The guides, the communication from the home office, and all the staff were terrific! The itinerary was extremely well-curated and I saw everything I wanted to see and more. Thank you for making this bucket list adventure a wonderful reality!! Your customer service is the best!!!

  The guides were very good. Advertising over promised and in some cases was misleading - I had the impression that there was a fixed group of people on the tour.

  Just wanted to share that our trip to the Galapagos Islands was fantastic. Everything worked out seamlessly! The hotels and the tours recommended by Guidecuador were excellent! Hotel locations in particular were ideal. We did all as promised, especially the awesome snorkeling with sharks and pinguins, that experience was very special for us. Also, the communication with the staff was very easy for us too. It was nice that we could all check out the daily plan at any time, and be able to pull up all the vouchers and tickets Thank you again Sofia and Alejandro from Guidecuador for making our bucket list place tour an unforgettable lifetime experience. We will definitely go back to you guys in our next trip to Latin America.

  Most excursions were good except for two e versions: The one from Santa Cruz to Baltelomeo, the cruise ride was very rough and the captain was going too fast. And the last at Sierra Negra. Time was too tight and the terrain was very muddy. We had to leave the group and return on our own not to miss checking out of the hotel in Isabella Island and catch the speed boat back to Santa Cruz

  The islands are great. The hotels are ok, except the one in Santa Cruz witch is great, Hotel Isla. The trekking for the volcano in Isabela is very tiring, and there is no time to change before taking the speedboat back to Santa Cruz. Tourradar could give the guests the possibility to fly back, even with an extra cost. The snorkel were great, really incredible, specially the one in Leon Dormido, Kicker Rock. In all I strongly recommend this tour. Gustavo

  We had such a satisfying experience with our travel designer and Guidecuador Travel. Alejandro was very attentive, prompt and planned the most memorable holiday in the Galapagos and Ecuador mainland! From the very beginning, we knew that the designer was the fit for us. He understood exactly the type of vacation style we were looking for and completely exceeded our expectations! Our entire itinerary moved seamlessly from transfers to tours and flights. Alejandro was always a text or phone call away to answer any questions we had no matter the time of day. His customer service and attention to detail were not only evident when speaking to him but in the itinerary itself. We had the best lodging with breathtaking views at every stop! The tour guides were also first class and it always felt that we received the best service no matter where we went. I highly recommend this travel company and Alejandro to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday to Galapagos and Ecuador mainland. He is simply the best in the business and I will use no one else the next time we return to South America!

  The tour started very badly when no guide arrived for the first evening orientation and no-one was at the hotel the next morning as promised to take us to the airport. Once in the Galapagos most activities went very well. One tour contact did not speak English but otherwise the guides were very good. We have not had any contact with GuideEcuador since the beginning.and no follow up as to a promise of making amends for the frustration felt when we were very concerned that maybe there was no trip to be had. Jose and Sofia in San Cristobal, Dario in Santa Cruz and Paola on Isabella were excellent. The snorkelling guide on Isabella was very poor in organization and instruction. We had expected a follow up from Guide Ecuador
