I would like to do this with my father, he is 62 but he is in good physical conditions and we ride once per week in our country with a local bike group. His longest distance 4 months ago was 90 km, on a full day tour, with a road bike. Also he does a bit of MTB. So I am wondering, what is the level of difficulty for this downhill ? Are the bikes safe ? Would we get assistance in case we are not able to complete the whole ride ? And what types of bikes do you guys have available ? We would preferably want disc brakes bikes or some really good mtb bikes, I currently own a Merida One Twenty 400 Mountain Bike 2021, so would like to have more information on what bikes are we using more specifically.

Difficulty level is medium. Distances vary day to day between 10 to 25 miles. You always have a car next you in case you can't continue and will take you to the next hotel. Our mtb bikes are disk brakes too and good enough for all sizes.
