Itinerary
- Day 1
Windhoek to Etosha National Park
Your accommodation arranges pickup at 9:00am, then you'll head north through Namibia toward Etosha National Park. The drive includes a lunch stop in either Otjiwarongo or Outjo depending on your route. Once you reach the park, you'll do a half-day game drive looking for wildlife before settling into your accommodation before sunset. Dinner that evening gives you time to reflect on what you've seen so far.

- Day 2
Etosha National Park
This is an early start kind of day. After breakfast, you'll head out on a full-day game drive throughout Etosha National Park, stopping at various waterholes and the salt pan itself. The focus here is finding the Big 4 and other wildlife species. A light lunch breaks up the middle of the day, and you'll visit one more waterhole before leaving the park at sunset. You should reach Okaukuejo by late afternoon.

- Day 3
Etosha National Park to Swakopmund
Your lodge picks you up between 7:00 and 8:00am for a substantial 540km drive heading west across Namibia. You'll travel through Outjo, Omaruru, Karibib, and Usakos, crossing through desert terrain toward the coast. A picnic lunch happens in Omaruru partway through. By mid-afternoon you'll arrive in Swakopmund, and you have free time to walk around this seaside town and check out what interests you. Restaurants are available for dinner at your own cost, and your guide can point out good options.

Swakopmund to Windhoek
The long drive back to Windhoek takes you through rural areas and small towns. You'll stop in Okahandja to visit the country's largest wood carving market, where local vendors sell authentic Namibian souvenirs and crafts. After browsing there, you'll continue on to Windhoek, arriving at your accommodation by 4:00pm.
