This should have been made known at least the day before and I did not have any contact with the actual company that was doing the tour. I did email TOUR RADAR and the company doing the actual safari in regards to the issue if i actually paid for it when I booked the tour in early december. We do not have a trip to Etosha Express Safari 3 Days / 2 Nights on April 11, hence private fees will apply. But we have a 5 Days / 4 Nights Namibian Adventure departing on April 12 here you can join a group. Out groups are up-to 12 persons

Unfortunately we do not have group departures on weekends in Namibia. All our group tours in Namibia are for Tuesdays and Fridays, which we are yet to find during in between your march schedules. However we do operate private tours at a pocket friendly price rate.
