It was our first time in Egypt and our 15th wedding anniversary, so the trip was extra special. The tour was fantastic, and we were the only participants, giving us exclusive access. Magdy and his team took great care of us. Michael met us at the airport, helped with currency exchange, and made sure we were happy with our hotel. He stayed in touch throughout the trip to ensure everything went smoothly. Mahmoud, our driver, ensured safe and timely transportation. We explored iconic places in Cairo with our guide, Bessem, who was excellent. We also had Ibrahim with us on the Nile Cruise, and he was amazing, providing historical insights and recommending memorable experiences. We felt safe in Egypt, with a visible but not overwhelming police presence. The locals were friendly, and our guides managed vendors well. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Egypt. The strong US Dollar made it economical, and we did a lot of shopping! Big thanks to Magdy, Michael, Bessem, and Ibrahim. Your ad mentioned the internet, it didn't mention (NO INTERNET ) I spent hours of my holiday trying to effect 3 different business deals I'd been working on. One night staying up until 5 AM, finally using an empathetic crew member who allowed me the use of his cell phone!! , On that deal alone I lost $9100.00 dollars. Our room in Sheraton in Cairo was not ready when we arrived at about 1pm the first night. There was no reason for us to wait till 2am to get to our room. Wifi was not readily available in the boat. Had to go back and forth to the concierge to have the wifi. We were not used to the Egyptian food, not too much variety.
