Regarding your comments: You had Mansour on the cruise and Michele in Cairo, both of whom are experienced and licensed Egyptologists with many years of guiding experience. They are known to be very informative and have a lovely, engaging style. Their approach combines solid history with light stories to make the tours enjoyable for both adults and students. Concerning the Tolip Hotel in Aswan, we understand your concerns. However, hotel options in Aswan are quite limited, and the Tolip remains a good choice within its category. You were also placed in the superior room option, the best available. About the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids, we were surprised to hear that you found it disappointing, as it is generally considered one of the main highlights for most travelers. Could you please share what aspect you didn’t enjoy? This will help us understand better. As for your request for additional site visits, these were unfortunately not part of the original itinerary, which is why we couldn’t include them. We understand this might have been disappointing, but we needed to follow the agreed program to maintain the timing and quality of the overall experience.
