- AEAlice· June 3rd, 2025Guide service level - Our 6day, 7th day and 8th day tour guide deserved 5 stars especially Thor given his long hours of driving around the island. Their driving skills was good, kept us informed of stories on the site and break time. Accommodation - comfortable and clean .. overall okay at Hofn, I was allocated a room where the window is in maintenance mode and the other window is very close to the car park. I was too tired to feedback for the change . at Hótel Laugarbakki, the hotelier was able to solve problem by providing a fan as the room's air circulation was poor At Borgarnes, the room has lacked of air circulation but there is no extra room to swap and no alternative but to live with it. the room was facing a car park. same situation lack of privacy when the window is opened. Luggage handling- on 7th and 8th day tours, our guides had to squeeze our bags in the limited space within the vehicle without breaking their backs. The company could have arranged additional tow capacity.Show moreTrip date: May 2025

- AMAnne Marie· October 3rd, 2024Itinerary was great. Accommodation was different and awesome locations. Good driver but a stretch to say a guide as well. Some directions were not well articulated but he kept us all on time. Bumpy start as he refused the offered paperwork on pickup saying not our bus and left, then had to return for us. This tour gave us everything we wanted in terms of seeing this stunning land.Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- Jessyka· October 1st, 2024Amazing tour leader, Svavar! Made it great and was a full part of our group. Also, great group, made great friends. I loved the accomodation and restaurants, the best way to experience the real Iceland. Islandic people are very welcoming and nice. I loved the itinerary and we went off the beaten path several times and avoided the crowds. I will say that the last 2 days are day tours with brand new people everytime as the 8 day tour is an addition to the 6 day ring road tour which wasn’t mentionned before booking, so I was dissapointed that I couldn’t continue my full tour with my new friends…Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- TSTom· September 24th, 2024The first six days were great, largely do to our guide Siggy. He did a terrific job with all aspects of the tour, making sure we had enough time at each venue to truly enjoy it. His knowledge of the island's history added to the experience. Unfortunately the weather caused some difficulties, with our whale watching day cancelled, but that is certainly uncontrollable. Days 7 and 8 were spent almost entirely on the bus and were not nearly as interesting. I wish I would have stayed with the six day. The communication before the trip was not sufficient regarding the schedule, what to bring on the trip and any depth about the sites attended. Had it been clearer, I would have made many different choices.Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- JCJanet· September 19th, 2024Very good and knowledgeable guides. The one thing that would have been helpful is letting us know where our last night in Reykjavik would be so we could have booked that same hotel for our last night without having to move to ANOTHER hotel for one night.Show moreTrip date: September 2024

- Lorenzo· September 1st, 2024Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishThe tour was very nice and the guide, very nice, would stop to give detailed explanations . The only real problem was the waiting time on the way back. First we encountered a car from their company stuck in the mud and they made us wait in the rain to lend a helping hand which we later did not have to give. Also, when we arrived at the bus we waited for another group before leaving despite being soaked with water . I recommend more care as people have schedules to keep and long waits are unpleasant especially if you are wetShow moreArctic Adventures commented on this reviewDear Lorenzo, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on the 8-day Iceland Highlight Hitter tour.
