- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll arrive in Cairo and get picked up at the airport in a private vehicle, then head to your 5-star hotel. After checking in and settling from your flight, the evening is yours to rest and prepare for what's ahead. The hotel has all the amenities you could want to unwind.

Cairo and Giza
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then drive out to the Giza Plateau with your Egyptologist guide. You'll see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure, and the Great Sphinx up close. After that, head to the Grand Egyptian Museum to walk through galleries with Tutankhamun's artifacts and other ancient pieces. Back at the hotel by evening for dinner and relaxation.

Cairo Museums and Coptic Cairo
Your guide takes you through the Egyptian Museum in the morning, explaining the history behind the royal mummies and treasures on display. Later, you'll explore Coptic Cairo's older streets and visit the Hanging Church and Church of St. Sergius to see the religious history. Return to your hotel to rest, or if you're interested, there's an optional Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids in the evening.

Cairo to Luxor
Fly to Luxor in the morning and check into your hotel overlooking the Nile. In the afternoon, walk through the Karnak Temple Complex with your guide, moving along the Avenue of Sphinxes. Then visit Luxor Temple where you'll see the sandstone walls lit up beautifully as the sun sets. Spend the evening relaxing back at your hotel.

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut built into the cliffs, and check out the Colossi of Memnon statues. In the evening, transfer to the airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh and your Red Sea resort.
