- FFrankGaunt· July 4th, 2019We planned to visit Uzbekistan and researched various tours but wanted slight amendments. Silk Road Destinations had advertised a 10 day tour for $1400. We wanted 11 days and certain specified hotels (we were nervous of other tour reviews which stated that on arrival in a location, guests were taken to 'alternative' hotels) however for each location we gave choices. When the itinerary was provided the price quoted was $2100 - for one extra day. On querying this we were told that the website was out of date and the person we were dealing with (extensive correspondence) had overlooked telling us that! We chose toShow more
