Hanoi
You'll arrive in Hanoi and your private driver picks you up from the airport, taking you straight to your hotel in the city center. After settling in, you can either wander through the Old Quarter on your own or just rest up after your flight, depending on how you're feeling.

- Day 2
Hanoi
This morning you'll head out to see Tran Quoc Pagoda on Golden Fish Island, then move on to the Ho Chi Minh Complex to see his embalmed body and former residences. From there, the One Pillar Pagoda is next, followed by either the Vietnam Ethnology Museum or Vietnamese Women's Museum if it's a Monday. After grabbing authentic Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant, you'll visit the Temple of Literature and Hoa Lo Prison before heading back to your hotel in the evening.

Hanoi to Sapa
You'll take a shuttle bus from Hanoi heading to Sapa, watching northern Vietnam's rolling hills and terraced rice fields pass by. There's a short break halfway through the journey, and you'll roll into town early afternoon. Check in at your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing or taking a walk around this charming mountain town if you feel like it.

- Day 4
Sapa to Ta Van
Meet your guide at 9:30 AM and start a 12 km trek through Hmong minority villages, checking out Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai with their rice terraces and mountain views. You'll stop for lunch with a local family or at a riverside café, then continue hiking to Ta Van village. Stay overnight with a local family in Ta Van, learning about the Dzay people's daily life and traditions.

- Day 5

See Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan, find a waterfall and rattan bridge, walk through bamboo forest, and take in the valley landscapes. Catch the shuttle bus back to Sapa by mid-morning, spend time exploring town, then board the limousine bus around 3:00 PM for the return trip to Hanoi.

Hanoi to Ninh Binh
Head out from your hotel at 7:30 AM toward Ninh Binh province, about 120 km away. After a 20-minute break, you'll see Hoa Lu, Vietnam's ancient capital, with its preserved temples from the 17th century. Enjoy a buffet lunch with regional specialties like goat meat and fried rice, then take a peaceful 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride through Tam Coc with its rice fields and cave systems. Add a 45-minute bike ride around the village to experience local life before heading back to Hanoi, arriving around 6:30 PM.

Board your cruise, settle in, then have lunch as you cruise past hundreds of islets. Spend the afternoon swimming, kayaking, visiting caves, or relaxing on deck. The boat anchors in a beautiful spot for the night, so you can watch the sunset before dinner.

Hoi An
You've got the day to explore Hoi An however you like. Stop by tailor shops to order custom clothing, bags, or shoes that can be ready overnight. Later, stroll through the Old Town as evening falls and the shops light up their lanterns, catching colorful street performances along the way.

- Day 11
Ho Chi Minh City
This morning you'll visit the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace) and see the French colonial architecture like Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. Head to the War Remnants Museum to see displays from both Indochina wars, grab lunch at a local restaurant, then travel about 1.5 hours to Cu Chi Tunnels. After an introductory video, explore the tunnel systems with their living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, storage, and hidden traps. Try the special tea and cassava that guerrillas ate, or try shooting real guns if you want, then return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
Travel to My Tho on the Mekong River's left side and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda from the late 19th century. Board a sampan and cruise around four islands, stopping at Unicorn Island to walk through country lanes, see orchards, and taste tropical fruits with folk music from locals. Ride a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, visit family businesses and honey farms, and try honey tea and coconut candy. Have lunch at a local restaurant, then spend the afternoon cycling around Tan Thach village meeting locals, or relax in a hammock if you prefer. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.
