Michael· March 22nd, 2020We booked and paid for a Morocco Overland Group tour of 20 days. On the first day I had to argue with the person who actually took my money on the internet and emailed me the receipt. He said we were on the 17 day Hinterland tour. When I said I his receipt in my hand he changed his tune, but things planned by Morocco Discoveries did not go well from there. Fortunately he had subcontracted our tour to Prestige Travel Services of Marrakech. Here is my review of them. We booked a three week tour of Morocco with an on line Moroccan travel agency (Morocco Discoveries). They subsequently subcontracted it out to Prestige Travel Services. Thank goodness they did. Our driver Karim and his dad saved the day every day. They completed all of the promised activities for the tour that had subsequently been omitted and pushed through to get all of the accommdations that had not been prebooked as advised in writing prior to flying to Morocco. At the end of the booked tour, when everything was shutting down in Morocco due to government restriction initiated due to the Coronavirus outbreak they continued to help us day and night. I the end I was calling Karim my son in Morocco. It was a privelege to know Karim and his family.........If you want a 100% trustworthy, hard working, responsible set of tourism people to travel with, then pick Prestige Travel services of marrakech. I am typically hard nosed and cynical, so for me to recommend these poeple is saying something.
