Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Bali
Your flight lands at Bali Ngurah Rai Airport where you'll get picked up and driven to your hotel in Ubud. This central area sits surrounded by rice paddies and deep ravines, and it's known for having a strong arts scene with galleries and craft workshops throughout the town and nearby villages.
- Day 2
Ubud
A full day out with a local guide on a private tour starting with hotel pickup. You'll walk through the Ubud Monkey Forest to see the macaques in their natural habitat, then trek across the UNESCO-listed Tegalalang rice terraces where the landscape opens up with those famous tiered paddies. After that, you'll stop at a coffee plantation to learn how they grow and process the beans, swing through the jungle canopy, and finish at Tegenungan Waterfall for a swim. Drop-off happens back at your hotel by evening.

Today you'll explore Bali's spiritual traditions on a full-day tour. From there, you'll visit a fortune teller for some personal insight, explore Ubud Palace with its traditional architecture, and walk through Ubud's busy market where locals shop for produce and crafts. Your hotel brings you back when the day wraps up.

Ubud to Seminyak
You'll transfer from Ubud to Seminyak on Bali's west coast, heading toward the popular beach area that sits between Kuta and Legian. This part of Bali has a mix of tourists and long-term residents, with real estate and businesses attracting people from all over.
- Day 5
Seminyak
A private tour focused on Bali's spiritual and cultural side starts with a trip to Uluwatu Temple, a historic site from 1039 AD perched on a clifftop. You'll watch a traditional Kecak Dance performance with around 50 men chanting and moving in synchronized patterns. Later, head to beachside cafes along Jimbaran to Kedonganan Beach where you'll have fresh seafood for dinner with ocean views.

Mount Batur Sunrise Trek
Before sunrise you'll start the trek up Mount Batur, an active volcano in Kintamani, hiking for roughly 2 hours to reach the peak in time to see the sun come up over Mount Agung and the lake below. At the summit, you'll have eggs cooked using steam from the volcano itself. On the way down, you'll explore three younger craters and can optionally stop at a coffee plantation to try Luwak Coffee if you're interested. You'll get back to your hotel in the late morning.

First you'll see Taman Ayun Royal Temple with its ornate carved stone structures and layered architecture, then drive to Tanah Lot for sunset at this coastal temple surrounded by rock formations. Return to your Seminyak hotel after dark.
