It is very important during the choice of the tour, to read carefully what kind of tour it is and what are the inclusions or exclusions. In the description and itinerary is well indicated that the transportation is not included in the package. Unfortunately this is not a group tour, only some activities are shared with other people. Regarding the location of the hotel, the area designated for this tour is near the train station and not in the city centre of Bologna that anyway it is a small town. The hotel booked for you was the Best Western City Hotel, (walking distance from the station 900 meters) so we have respected the criteria. The Futura Congress is officially a 4-star hotel and is one of the few hotels near the airport, and we don't normally recommend it for stays in Naples. We complied with your request for a hotel near the airport to rest before the tour. The So Lifestyle in Sorrento has a very good rating of 4.3/5 on Google and 8,6/10 on booking.com but we can understand that you prefer a more charming and more central hotel. We apologize if the captain spoke very little English, but you will agree with me that the beauty of the places you saw did not need much explanation.
