Hotels in Rome and Capri were fine, the hotel in Sorrento was wonderfully sophisticated and charmingly old-fashioned. The room, according to the voucher with a garden view, had a wonderful view of the Gulf of Naples. The guided tour in Rome was lovely and we were given lots of tips for the rest of the days. The transfer to Naples went perfectly and the train journey was very pleasant. Guided tour in Pompeii was unfortunately only 2 hoursShow more

We flew to Venice, stayed there for two nights (as an additional program), then went via Florence to Lucca with an excursion to Pisa, after two days on to Sienna (three nights) with a fantastic wine tour and excursion through the countryside, and finally Florence. All the transportation with their drivers and all the guides were friendly, professional, multilingual and very nice! The hotels with breakfast were upscale and Italy overall was friendly, tourist oriented, and stood out with wonderful food and good train transportation.
