We were booked with the Spanish-speaking group originally and I’m not really sure how that happened when I didn’t specify anything on the language choice other than English. We weren’t able to visit the Uffizi which was a bummer but got the refund in a timely manner. As per Ciao Florence, our day trip was switched to another day in their schedule but I was not informed. It was a good thing we got to the meeting place early and somebody didn’t show up for the day trip at the last minute so my husband and I were able to join the day trip tour (Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Chianti wine tasting). Otherwise, we would have missed that one as well. I didn’t know there were different vendors involved for the tours and day trip. I thought TUI Italia was going to provide one TUI Italia tour guide like a standard tour company. Instead, there were Ciao Florence and Florence Tours (I think…) that were third-party vendors. So there’s Tour Radar, then TUI Italia, then third-party vendors. I’m not sure if this is how other your companies operate so I just went with it. It was ok, over all.Show more
