Pick up points were not provided in the planning instructions and we had to walk long distances or take a taxi. During the Florence region bus tour the guide was not clear on the meeting points after free times and we, and other guests were scrambling to find the guide and bus. It would have been good for the guide to have either given us a central meeting point or handed out the meeting point on a piece of paper so I could get walking directions on my phone.
