Dear Mr Eichenbaum, Thanks for your review, I am sorry to know that the tour didn't lived up your expectations I understand also the tour is not suitable to everyone, but let me clarify some point. Since reviews affect the work of many people, we are all here to work honestly, in good faith, we do not take negative and wrong comments lightly. Regarding city taxes and entrances, it would have been enough to read the description of the tour, and in particular the section WHAT'S INCLUDED and WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED ... where it is clearly indicated that city taxes are not included as well as entrances and beverages . City taxes and entrances can be pre-purchased with an add on package, again it is all online on Tour Radar. It would have been enough to ask before the tour or at the time of booking. If you had to wait 15 minutes at the reception to find the reservation, that is a problem independent of the tour,that sometimes happens to everyone , However, your the reservation was correctly found by the receptionist. It happens to wait a little bit, in days of high season when the hotel staff is particularly busy. A specious comment Regarding the problem you had on the second day at lunch, it should had been discussed directly with the tour leader with the group, after days from the tour now he does not allow me to change anything.
