What people love about Philippines Tours in February
- East Philippines Classic 10 Day - One Life Adventures
I had the best time on my east Philippines trip with our incredible tour guide, Rachael. The trip was well planned with plenty to do and lots to experience. Some highlights included snorkelling with large schools of sardines, spotting turtles, canyoneering with the entire group and swimming through waterfalls, zip wiring through beautiful countryside, amazing boat journeys with dinners prepared in the middle of the ocean and fantastic countryside excursions such as river SUP boarding, local dessert making, chocolate hills, tarsier sanctuary, local school and community visits. The days are action packed but there is some free time towards the end of the trip in Boracay where you can enjoy the stunning white sand beaches with crystal clear water and unwind. Our tour guide Rachael was fantastic. She was so patient, kind, fun and such a great person all round. She was a joy to be around and clearly very knowledgable about the country she now calls home. Nothing was too much trouble and I honestly feel like I’ve made such an amazing group of friends after this trip and a big part of that comes down to Rachael. Would highly recommend this tour to see some of the lesser seen beauties the Philippines has to offer!
- Philippines Island Explorer 13 day
Once again Intro, you've out done yourself. I just got back home after finishing my Intro Philippines tour. So yea a bit sad because it's over, but I'm left with some amazing memories. I am still trying to decide what was my favorite part of this tour. I got to tell ya though, that I wasn’t sure how’d I do during the 3-day boat expedition; I mean, I initially read that we’d be sleeping in traditional Filipino huts. Yes, first world city boy problems. But man, man… what an overall experience; so happy I did it. It was only hard to go to sleep because I didn’t what to stop staring at the BEAutiful bright stars and moon listening to the chillaxing sounds of the ocean. It sure shut this city boy up! And I cannot forget about my boys Kyle and Jeremy, Intro’s tour guides for this trip. Those guys were the icing. Really cool chill guys, had me laughing most of the time. Always looking out for everyone, making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Not sure where Intro finds their guides from, but this was my fourth tour with Intro and every guide has been amazing. Thank you Kyle and Jeremy for rocking this tour; you guys were amazing!!!
- Philippines West
This was my first time in the Philippines and my first tour. Trutravels made it an extremely fun and easy experience for me. Transport and accommodation was smooth and the guides were easy to get along with which made the trip more great and enjoyable. Port Barton island hopping was great with nice beaches, especially when we had the beaches almost to ourselves. The waterfall was a fun hike but not the right season during my time. El Nido island hopping was also great and almost has beaches to ourselves. Recommend going to the top to see the view of the snake sand bar. I was also able to Kayak which I wanted to do. Zipline was worth the hike up and I definitely recommend doing it as it was one of the highlights of this trip for me. I loved the Coron Castaway trip as it allowed me to experience more of The Philippines culture and learn more about the history of places and traditions. However, I wasn't able to interact and experience activities together with them much which would have been enjoyable. Watching them spearfishing was my highlight but I wasn't able to spearfish which was what I want to do on this trip. Lastly, the Coron Lagoons were nice and relaxing. This whole trip was made enjoyable and an experience I would never forget by the people I was with and the guides!
