Alamir· December 4th, 2025An amazing experience! Everything was well-organized, and the itinerary gave us the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and beautiful destinations. A special shout out to Andrew, tour guide that were a lot of fun, knowledgeable, supportive and made everyone feel included. I met great people, made unforgettable memories, and felt completely taken care of throughout the trip. I can highly recommend Wanderlands Travel and would definitely travel with them again!Show more
Wanderlands Travel commented on this reviewHello Alamir, so happy to hear that! Hope to see you in the next adventureTrip date: December 2025
Zdecydowanie polecam! ?Show moreTrip date: November 2025- DSDenise· November 24th, 2025Our 12-day trip to the Philippines was fantastic! The hotels were great, always centrally located, clean and comfortable. The trip offered a great mix of activities, including beautiful beaches, snorkelling, island hopping, nights out and even a taste of local culture. Initially, I was sceptical about the Filipino cooking class as I'm not usually a fan of these things, but the instructor was so entertaining and the food was delicious. Our group leader was great, too. Although communication was occasionally a little difficult, there were never any problems. Whenever we couldn't decide on an activity, Justwan made it possible for us to do things spontaneously. For example, he organised a canyoning trip for us just two hours beforehand, that was my absolute highlight of the trip! I would recommend it to anyone! I was a little worried beforehand because Filipino cuisine usually contains a lot of meat and fish, and I'm a vegetarian. However, every restaurant we visited had a wide selection of vegetarian dishes, and I always found something I really liked. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a mix of adventure, relaxation and local culture.Show more
Wanderlands Travel commented on this reviewHi Denise, Thank you so much for your lovely review! So happy the cooking class surprised you and that the last-minute canyoning trip became a highlight! And it’s great to know you felt well-catered to as a vegetarian. Thanks again for recommending us,... Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Andrew Willem· November 20th, 2025⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wanderlands Travel Philippines — Truly One of My Best Trips My experience with Wanderlands Travel Philippines deserves nothing less than five stars. From the very first day, everything felt smooth, well-organized, and genuinely enjoyable. It wasn’t just a tour—it felt like being part of something special. What made this trip unforgettable was the group itself. We all came from different places and backgrounds, but somehow the chemistry was instant. Everyone was easygoing, fun, and respectful, and it made every activity—from early morning call times to long van rides—something to look forward to. It’s rare to join a tour and feel like you’re traveling with friends rather than strangers, but that’s exactly what happened here. And honestly, the biggest highlight of all was our group leader/guide-Jastwan. He wasn’t just doing his job—he truly cared. You could feel it in the way he looked after each person, made sure no one was left out, and kept the energy of the group alive every single day. He handled everything quietly and efficiently in the background, yet still managed to be warm, funny, and incredibly supportive. You can tell he loves what he does, and that passion reflected in the entire experience. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving us a taste of everything the Philippines has to offer: island hopping in clear turquoise waters, refreshing waterfalls, stunning beaches, and enough free time to relax and explore on our own. Each day brought something new, yet never felt rushed or overwhelming. Everything was planned with purpose, and it showed. Wanderlands Travel Philippines went above and beyond my expectations. I left the trip not only with beautiful memories, but with a deeper appreciation for the country—and with new friends I’ll remember for a long time. If you’re thinking about booking this tour, don’t hesitate. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve gone home.Show more
Wanderlands Travel commented on this reviewHi Andrew, Thank you for the time to write us such a great feedback of your experience! And thanks for choosing Wanderlands and for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re so glad this trip gave you beautiful memories and friendships that will stay with... Show moreTrip date: November 2025- AAlica· November 20th, 2025I really enjoyed the trip. All the girls in the group were lovely, and we became friends quickly. Since a new guide was being trained, we indirectly had three guides accompanying us. Even though I was initially worried that the domestic flights might feel disruptive because the trip was so short, they didn’t bother me at all. Every stop on the trip was worth visiting, and the beaches kept getting more and more beautiful. My favorite part was the island hopping — especially the snorkeling in Port Barton and the kayaking and crystal-clear turquoise water in El Nido. I also enjoyed snorkeling with the whalesharkes, but it felt a bit rushed. I felt well looked after and safe at all times. Before the trip, I felt a bit unsettled because of the typhoon and would have appreciated a bit more information, as there was a lot of panic being spread in Germany. I’m glad I decided to go, and looking back, I would definitely recommend the trip.Show more
Wanderlands Travel commented on this reviewThank you so much for sharing your experience, Alicia, We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the trip and connected so quickly with the other girls. Show moreTrip date: November 2025 - LLaura· November 20th, 2025I didn’t know what to expect, and even if I had, this trip would’ve surpassed every single expectation. From day one, the Philippines, its people, it's fried rice and especially the wonderful souls who became friends over these two weeks transformed an unexpected holiday into one of the the best journeys in my life. Wanderlands gave me the push I needed to dive into an adventure that has truly made me rethink many things about my present and my future. An infinite THANK YOU to our incredible guides, who filled every day with unforgettable experiences, thoughtful recommendations, endless laughs, and moments I’ll treasure forever. Thank you, Jastwan, Andrew, and Tim! you’ll always have a place in my heart. I’m also deeply grateful to Wanderlands for the support from the very beginning, for making every step easy, and for answering all my questions with patience and kindness. Thank you, Paulina! I was a bit nervous about spending my birthday in another country… but in the end, I received the best gift I could’ve possibly imagined right here. And now, counting down the days until the Wanderlands Bali trip in 2026! ?✨ LauraShow more

Timothy· November 20th, 2025I had a great time on the 12 day tour of the Philippines. The accommodation was really nice and our group leader Jastwan did a great job of taking all the stress out of the longer travel days that you can’t avoid when travelling this country. The activities were a lot of fun, snorkelling, beaches, waterfalls everything was amazing. I especially liked the cooking class, I’ve done some okay cooking classes before but this one had culture, history, good food and the chef was very entertaining and enthusiastic. My personal highlight was the island hopping in Port Barton, it was such a wonderful day out and the included lunch on the beach was phenomenal. I will definitely do another tour with Wanderlands, in the very near future I have no doubts!Show more

Akanksha· May 11th, 2025Our guide Dian made the trip absolutely amazing! Traveling with her wasn’t just about seeing new places, it was about truly connecting and sharing stories. She has the ability to bring people together, make everyone feel seen, and is a wonderful person. Her karaoke and photography skills are seriously good. She took great pictures for everyone. She offered good recommendations for places to eat, drink or dance. Overall it was so much fun to have her as our guide, easily one of the best I've ever had. The trip had a good number of included activities. I found conyoning, kayaking, cooking class and snorkeling really fun. Although I can't swim, I felt so comfortable doing most of water activities thanks to our awesome boat guides. I’ll cherish many moments from this trip for a long time. l highly recommend it!Show more

You just made our day!Trip date: April 2025 - FFranziska· May 10th, 2025Really packed days in the first half compared to relaxing days at the end. Too many long traveldays with nothing to see, maybe you can put some small hikes or stops for viewpoints inbetween but very well organised with by the best tourguide one could wish for and the highlights were definitely the Islandhoppings for me. Traveler•Written November 2024What is the nearest airport when we are in El Nido and when do we finish in the last day? It seems there is an airport in El Nido but it looks very limited compared to another airport in Porta Princesa.
Wanderlands TravelOperator•Written November 2024Yes there is only one airline operate from El Nido and that will be Air Swift. You only have two option whether to fly to Manila from Puerto Princessa or El Nido. If you're flying from Puerto Princessa, you will have to take a 6 hour bus ride first so make sure to book flight that departs in the evening after 7 PM. El Nido airport is only around 15 minutes from our hotel but only 1 airline operates.

Traveler•Written November 2024Is this going to impact the safety and Itenirary of the trip?
Wanderlands TravelOperator•Written November 2024Typhoon season in the Philippines typically runs from May to September, which is why we don't operate tours during that period. December, however, supposedly brings good weather and is outside of the typhoon season. That said, nature can be unpredictable, but worry not, of course we will find alternatives if it becomes unviable to operate the tour as per our itinerary in December.
