We recently took a 7-days Japan trip. This was a Japan Culture & Food Tour with great hotels stay to including private onsen hotel in Osaka. Amber our travel agent was super great. She quickly make all arrangements, made suggestions for flies to and from, and made sure all the tours were to ur liking. On the last hotel, we had a little issue and within an hour, she had us an upgrade to private onsen hotel in Osaka. I really appreciated all her help making our dream trip an awesome one.
