- PMpalmieri· April 1st, 2025Horrible experience, lack of organizacion, tourists grabbing other sears, cheap hotels, rude staff that felt superior and arrogant, no discipline, no rules to follow, traveling like sardines, due to other tourist being late arriving late at destinations, penalized for being on time during breakfast and bus loading, harrassed by other tourist and lack of responses from Europamundo. If you leave your stuff in the bus, the company takes no responsibility nor do they make an effort to look for it. Some guides are really nice while others very transactional.
