- Day 1
Perugia
You'll arrive at the farmhouse 'La volpe e l'uva' in Perugia with check-in starting at 2pm. After settling into your apartment, the rest of the day is yours to relax. For dinner, you can either grab something from a nearby supermarket or walk into historic Perugia and find a restaurant there.

Assisi
A cooking class starts at 10am where you'll prepare a four-course lunch from scratch. Once you finish cooking, you'll sit down and eat what you made, paired with the farm's organic wines. After lunch, head to Assisi in the afternoon with a professional guide who'll walk you through this medieval hillside town, showing you sites connected to St. Francis and Santa Chiara.

From there, it's on to Deruta's ceramic district, where you can try making pottery with a professional potter in this historic craft center.

Your cooking class starts at 10am where you'll prepare a four-course lunch. After eating, head to Gubbio in the afternoon, one of Italy's best-preserved medieval towns on Monte Ingino's slope. You'll wander through historic alleys and visit the impressive hanging square with its imposing Palace of the Consuls, now the City Museum, which has the famous seven bronze tablets of Gubbio.
