From our reservations, warm and welcome greeting, beautiful apartments and views of the gorgeous Perugian valley our long weekend in Italy would be etched forever in our hearts. Raffa was a dream to work with and her classes were educational, and her menus were not only visually appealing but delicious to boot! Raffa was so accommodating and helpful, our tours were so personalized and we found discovering this part of Italy just stunning. We can't wait to return this year for another incredible experience with Raffa ~
Authentic Umbria
Let's Cook in Umbria gets a five star recommendation from me. I took a blind friend from the UK with me and we had a great time. Rafaela is an amazing cook and was so accomodating of food allergies we both had. The location is fantastic, just a short taxi to Perugia. I'd love to think I'd be back. I'm enjoying trying again all the gorgeous recipes we were shown. A very hands on course with full recipes.
