Tallinn
You'll arrive in Tallinn and get settled at your hotel with tour maps and program details. At 6:00 pm there's an optional guided tour covering Tallinn's highlights if you want to get oriented right away.

Tallinn to Sagadi
Meet your minibus driver for a short transfer, then start your first bike ride through National Park Lahemaa. You'll cycle through dense woods, marshes, and areas with lakes and waterfalls. Keep an eye out for moose, wild boars, and over 220 bird species. The day ends with check-in at your Sagadi hotel.

Sagadi to Tartu
After a minibus transfer to Mustvee, you'll cycle along the shore of Peipsi Lake, Europe's 4th largest, heading toward Varnja and passing through fishing villages. Later a bus takes you to Tartu, a historic university town from 1632. You'll check in at your hotel there.

Tartu to Sigulda
A short bus transfer gets you to Otepää where you'll cycle through the scenic 'Estonian Switzerland' with its many lakes. The ride finishes at Sangaste and its famous 19th-century romantic castle. Then it's by bus to Sigulda in Latvia's Gauja River Valley, with an optional stop in medieval Cesis if you want.

Sigulda to Riga
You'll cycle through Gauja National Park with great views of the river valleys, including Gutmana Cave and two 13th-century Crusader castle ruins. After finishing at the Baltic seacoast in Saulkrasti, a minibus transfer brings you to Riga for a guided tour of the Old Town and its famous Art Nouveau buildings.

Riga
This is your free day in Riga. One option is cycling on a dedicated path to Jurmala, a seaside resort with long white sand beaches, mineral waters, and healing mud. You can swim and cycle along the beach before taking the local train back to Riga by evening.

Riga to Klaipėda
A minibus takes you toward the Lithuanian seaside with a stop at the Hill of Crosses, which has thousands of crosses on two small hills. Then you'll cycle on a beautiful bike path along the Baltic Coast in the Seaside Regional Park toward Klaipėda. There's an optional break in Palanga for the Botanical Park, Amber Museum, or the 470m pier.

Klaipėda to Nida
You'll cross the lagoon by ferry and then cycle on an asphalt path along the Curonian Spit to Nida, Lithuania's most beautiful resort known for its impressive sand dunes. Optional stops include the Hill of Witches with wooden sculptures, a grey heron and cormorant colony, or the 'Dead' sand dunes. You can also swim in the Baltic Sea or relax on the golden beaches.

After a morning boat crossing of the Curonian Lagoon with views of sand dunes, you'll cycle to Ventė Horn with optional stops at a bird observatory and 19th-century lighthouse. Later you travel by minibus through the Nemunas River Delta Regional Park to reach Kaunas.

Kaunas to Vilnius
A minibus takes you to the Lake District where you'll cycle through gentle countryside to Trakai, the former capital. There you'll see the famous 14th-century Gothic island castle built on a lake island. After a short transfer to Vilnius, there's a guided evening tour of the Old Town with its varied Baroque and Classical buildings.
