Couldn’t answer basic questions about Ireland such as population & industries! I was really disappointed. It seems it is not an appropriate profession for her, lovely though she is. Our guide regularly consulted us about itinerary choices and we enjoyed all the places we visited in Ireland. What an amazing tour. The itinerary was perfect and hit all of the major landmarks as well as some cute places off the beaten track. We had plenty of time to explore and experience everything. Our guide, Hugh, was unbelievably knowledgeable not only about the history and sites visited but with local stories and lore. Hugh was courteous and always attentive to the group's questions and desires along the tour, many times offering information about smaller pubs or restaurants so that we always had tourist and local establishments with many different flavors for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The private tours and demos we received were outstanding as well. I can confidently say that by the end of the tour we not only wanted to stay in Ireland but felt as if Hugh was a member of the family!
