Trip date: October 2024 - AHAnne· September 2nd, 2024Everything thing went like clockwork - the arrivals at the airport, our pick-up at the hotel and taking us to the airport was well organised. Each day was with a new group and some days it was only us. This was a surprise as our expectation of a tour is a group travelling together. Since we had each other it was ok. However if I was travelling alone - as originally planned I would have been disappointed. The days were extensive, lots of walking and information which was great, the heat and humidity as expected. We would have liked more time in Laos as we only had one day- late arrival the night before and an early exit the following morning after our day 's adventure. So glad we were able to stay on in Siem Reap as there is so much to explore. Our tour guides in Cambodia, Laos and Hanoi were excellent - their command of the English language and knowledge was excellent. The hotels were excellent and the tour guides were fantastic. The dining experiences when include were great. Overall, very happy with all aspects of the tour. Perhaps the only downside was that we were not with the same group of travellers from start to finish. James· March 25th, 2023There were a few problems such as the tour had to be rearranged because there was not a flight available on the day required from Hanoi to Luang Prabang. This was corrected but forced me to fly to Bangkok for a night- adding a flight. In Cambodia and Laos I was the only tourist even though I had asked numerous times how many were on tour with me and I was told 5-8 people. Being alone forced me to pay extra $30 for an optional tour. In Laos, the guide did not ask me if I wanted the optional tour and seemed not to kkk no ow anything about it.
