Any time we reached out to him, he responded immediately with a solution in hand—his professionalism and dedication were unmatched. Our guide in Bangkok, Mrs. Thim Thim, was equally exceptional. Her friendliness, local knowledge, and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. It's rare to see a trip so perfectly organized, and we are truly grateful to both Mr. Danny and Mrs. Thim Thim for their tireless efforts. The hotels were excellent, the included lunches at local restaurants were delicious, and the dinner recommendations were spot on. Trip date: March 2024- PWPauline· August 21st, 2023My tour was amazing so much to see and tour guides great giving not only experience and understanding of Vietnam history but also culture and food and taught me so much. All tour guides kind and generous and looked after all needs of travellers whether it be getting them to airport on time or in my case taking me to find special needs items which was hard to find and Mr Danny was more than happy to help me find it. Having everything included in your package made it easy and comfortable to go to new country and not worry about anything but to just enjoy experience. Halong Bay magical on huge boat with balcony in private room to watch other boats and mountains passing by at night. To see the surviving spirit of Vietnamese people during war at Cu Chi tunnels where they lived for many years during war and getting opportunity to go down the tunnels. The Vietnamese people are truly unrelenting, never give up and are survivors yet also humble making them so unique. I fell in love with the people the culture, enjoyed clean food and truly admire the people and their history. - ACAnita· February 19th, 2023We would like to give TourRadar a 5 star rating. I booked the 12 day tour of Vietnam and Thailand as a 60th birthday celebration for me (and my husband). The tour exceeded my expectiations! Booking the trip was made so easy by the website and obtaining visas was also facilited by the links on the website. When we arrived, we were met at the airport and from then on, a tour guide met us every day at our hotel at the agreed time and took us to all the venues mentioned for the tour. The tour guides were very well informed of historical, cultural and geographical facts pertaining to the day's sightseeing, and their command of English was very good. The 12-day tour was fast paced, as every day was packed with interesting sights and things to do (e.g. cooking lessons of Thai food, snorkling off Phi Phi island, shooting bullets from an AK47). The hotels were comfortable and clean. The lunches included in the tour were of genuine local cuisine, and top-quality. The tour guides ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with all the arrangements and, if there was an issue, they were quick to resolve it. Communication was 5 star at all times of day and night. We would like to especially commend Mr Danny for all his efforts to ensure we had a wonderful time. I would unreservedly recommend this 12-day visit of Vietnam and Thailand. We had to get back to work, otherwise we would have stayed in these beautiful countries for longer.
