We got a very good overview on daily life in Vietnam and Cambodia in our two week trip. All our guides were excellent as was the tour organization by Realistic Asia. They contacted us each day and we always got an answer in a few minutes. All accomodations were excellent and centrally located.

Me and my wife took this trip in January. It was very well planned and we enjoyed it a lot. We have started with Hanoi, where we went to the countryside, the guide was very nice, it was lovely to meet the veteran and learn cooking the Vietnamese meals. The cruise was a highlight of our trip. Our hotel in Hanoi was clean. We enjoyed visiting Pu Luong, it was interesting to spend the time, the people there were very nice, but I would recommend to visit it in spring or summer time when it is warmer and the rice terraces are not empty. Our hotel in Hue was one of the best we stayed and the tour was very interesting, we also liked the meals in this city. Our drive to Hoi An was safe, our driver was very professional. The tour with boating and fishing in Hoi An was the best tour during the trip, and the lunch was fantastic! Siem Reap was very warm comparing to Vietnam during our trip. Angkor Wat tour involved lots of walking, but what we saw worth it, it was really nice to watch the sunset from the top of the hill. Our travel advisor Minah was very polite and communicated with us a lot. She was very patient to answer all our questions before the trip, and we were asking her a lot things. It is pity that Realistic Asia serves only a few countries in Asia, as we would be happy to book with them more trips.

3-star accommodations is fine. The depart on the 21st of Oct is not mandatory, we are flexible in term of dates, we would like the trip end to include the 1st of November. If it is less expensive we would be willing to do a night train, instead of a internal flight, and also join other groups for specific guide tours for example, instead of having a guide just for 2 people, so in this way we are quite flexible, just don't really want to be a part of a group for the hole trip.

Yes, this package is included a flight ticket from Hanoi to Hue. It takes about 6-7 hours to transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh.
