- TBTimothy· March 15th, 2024The G adventure tour is excellent. The trip was great because of excellent program and great CEO from G adventure. Starting from Buenos Arias, everything is planned and taking care of. We had excellent weather, a great group of adventure minded people. Val (our CEO from G adventure) communicated everything ahead of time and making sure everyone's needs were met. The sighs and hiking were great. Val reserved dinner for the group almost everyday so we could have fun after a hard day of hiking. All in all, a trip to remember.Show more G Adventures commented on this reviewHi Tomothy, Thanks for teh review. NIVEEN· March 27th, 2019I will start with positive highlights about our guided Patagonia hiking tour. I met some cool people in this trip and the group we had felt like family. I got to see very beautiful sceneries and enjoyed the food and culture. This is my 1st experience with Tour Radar and G Adventure. My friend highly recommended it but I was somehow disappointed. I thought I’m being unfair but even one of the group traveler mentioned that she has been using G Adventure for tour guided travelling and by far this was the worst. - Starting with the 1st day meeting, we didn’t know exactly where to go to meet Juana (Joy)and we ended up with different groups until we knew where the meeting is. She messed up the hotel reservation for one of my friends whom I invited join me and sign up for the trip. The next day she didn’t show up in the morning and we met the driver who didn’t know how to communicate with us and was not sure where to get the flight tickets for day 2. Juana showed up at the airport crying and out of breath saying she had a car accident. - We met our CEO Santi who explained that this will be his last tour. He didn’t have an answer to many questions and he seemed more or less careless. He was more interested in what he wanted to do. He told us about an interesting trip that is not offered in the schedule and showed us a video link in youtube to see it. The link showed rock-climbing (easy level) to get to the glacier and walk on it in El Chalten. He mentioned that it’s very easy and we will enjoy it. A group of us ended up going and he joined us. The hiking was dangerous and the level was medium for rock-climbing. He even admitted that he was very nervous the night before cause he was scared. For every single trip that required an additional guide he will end up pulling his hat to collect tips for them, which I found inappropriate. - I expected a better accommodation for the money I paid for the trip. Nevertheless, I hope this trip experience is not a reflection for other trips and tour guides because I do really think that it’s a good solution for solo travelers and for people who don’t need to worry about planning.Show more NIVEEN· March 27th, 2019I will start with positive highlights about our guided Patagonia hiking tour.
