- DMDonald· September 24th, 2023The containers that food was in where dirty ( tea, coffee and cereal etc.) Some of the food like mayo wasn't keep cold. The guide didn't bath and was under prepared for bus break downs. Had to help him 3 times to fix door , air conditioner and get battery terminals clean so bus would start. Never talked much what we were seeing or going to see. - SBSALLY· October 6th, 2022We would like to thank Jasmine & Ciara for an amazing adventure. The girls were professional, well organised and friendly. The food was excellent and plenty. The menu cater very well for my sister who is a vegetarian. The accommodations was good. We spent many hours driving. This is necessary to see the beautiful Bungle Bungle. - LJLeonor· September 26th, 2022The places chosen for the tour were magnificent. Jasmine Roy and Teo Galli from Kimberly Wild Expeditions were superb. They went out of their way to make the tour enjoyable and safe. I am 76 years old and I am protecting my artificial right hip joint. Through the help of both Teo and Jasmine, I was able to clamber over rocks, trundle in caves, walk in sand, and wade in water without any mishap. As a result, I thoroughly enjoyed my "adventure". How good is that?Show moreIntrepid Travel commented on this reviewHi Leonor, thank you for your review! - CSChristeen· June 14th, 2022Good value for money. The bus driver/ guide and offsider did a good job relative to their experience. The trip was spoilt at the Bungle Bungles lodge due to the light in the tents not working and not having hot water for the showers. Otherwise, places visited and meals provided were excellent.Show moreIntrepid Travel commented on this reviewHi Christeen, thank you taking the time to leave a review. Asked on November 18th, 2024I need power for a CPAP machine and refrigeration for medications. Is that possible on this tour?
- Intrepid TravelOperator•Written November 2024
Since this is a camping trip we cannot guarantee that you will have power for your CPAP machine at some of the campsites there is an option to upgrade to a "glamping" tent which does offer power however, the upgrade can only be done in destination and is subjected to availability. As for a fridge we can reach out to our team in destination to see if we can store your medication in the staff building but unsure if you will have 24/7 access to it.

Asked on October 10th, 2024I am looking for a trip for my 86 year old dad who is keen to explore the Kimberly area. This trip looks fantastic but I am wanting to know how much walking is included in a 3/5 physical rating. Dad is still farming which includes driving tractors to feed out, riding on 4 wheel motorbike over steep and rough tracks at times. He also plays lawn bowls. I would appreciate are your thoughts? I'm sure that he could handle 2 nights camping.

The physical rating of this trip is rated at 3 out of 5. Which means the trip will raise your heart rate. Moderate physical activities are included, and a good level of fitness is required. Day 03 : Your walking distance today will be approximately 3 km.
