- JHJeff· April 28th, 2025A great tour, covering many highlights of Morocco, Led by a great tour guide!Show moreTrip date: April 2025
- Maria· June 20th, 2023Morocco Journey was a whirlwind trip of a lifetime. From Fez, Volubilis to High Atlas and beyond, every day awoke our senses. Our CEO Aziz worked with local guides to provide in depth and local perspectives and conversations at each stop. Our driver Jamal was pleasant, timely, and above all safely navigated us through city traffic and mountain switch backs with ease. The choice of accommodation was also appreciated and as diverse as Morocco. The warmth, welcome and way-finding G Adventures offers I made our journey a most memorable one . Highly recommend.Show moreTrip date: June 2023

- Emily· March 24th, 2020G Adventures waited until we had arrived in Casablanca and cancelled the tour due to COVID on the same day we arrived. I understand about the urgency of the situation, but the failure to act BEFORE we left was irresponsible, especially when the message up the moment of cancellation was: “GO — Morocco needs your tourist dollars.”Show moreTrip date: February 2020

Asked on June 3rd, 2022For the hotel stay, are there upgrade options available? Do you have a list of hotels with pictures?
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written June 2022
There is the option to add a single supplement if you wish to secure your own room. Otherwise we consider these hotels upgraded so there are no further upgrades that can be made. I encourage you to check the hotels used via the Full Itinerary on the G Adventures website - the hotels used are listed under each day and you can Google them to see reviews and photos.

Asked on November 22nd, 2016What kind of weather can I expect in Morocco?
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written November 2016
Climate in Morocco can be both very hot during the day in summer months (up to 50°C) and cold at night in the mountains in autumn, early spring and winter (down to -6°C). Summer months, from April to September are very hot throughout Morocco. Winter months November to March can be cool to cold, especially in the Atlas Mountains, with high probability of snowfall. Most Moroccan buildings are not equipped with heating, so without proper layers you will be cold at night.

Asked on November 22nd, 2016Do we need to be careful with our way of dressing?
- National Geographic Journeys with G AdventuresOperator•Written November 2016
While visiting mosques and other religious monuments you should dress modestly, cover your shoulders and you shouldn't wear short shorts or skirts. Outside of capital cities and the more touristic centres, local dress is often more conservative and as a matter of respect we ask that both men and women are aware of this and recommend loose-fitting clothes with your shoulders covered.

Asked on November 1st, 2016I want to add a single supplement to my booking, can I do this online?

When booking the single supplement, there should be an option in the notes to let us know you wish to include the single supplement. This then comes through to us when we complete the booking and we can add it on.
