- JBJessica· April 11th, 2025I do not recommend this tour company. I had booked a three day Uluru to Alice Springs Tour. The activity advertised for the third day – a 3 hour walk at King’s Canyon, was cancelled due to rain and an equivalent was not provided. To make matters worse, we spent more than 20 hours on a bus instead of the 10 advertised. The tour operator refused to take any accountability for poor contingency planning, despite the weather forecasting heavy rains days before hand. I had even called the company 2 days before the start of the tour to ask about the rain and was advised it would be fine. It wasn’t fine! Unfortunately Adventure Tours Australia have refused to admit the service provided wasn’t up to standard and won’t offer any compensation despite polite requests from myself and others on the tour for a partial refund. I would suggest anyone looking for a tour uses a more reputable company.Show moreTrip date: April 2025
- CGChristopher· November 13th, 2024Our guide, Ryan, was excellent. He was well organised and knowledgeable about the places he took us to see and very amiable too. We felt the tented accommodation needed some investment as our second tent had a leaking roof which meant our bedding got damp during the storm we had that night. It would also be helpful if they ran some power for proper lighting in the tents as many of the lanterns provided had no charge so we relied on our own torches or smart phone lights to see. The food provided was plentiful and of good quality and it is a shame that these easily fixable issues took the shine of what was otherwise a fantastic experience.Show moreTrip date: October 2024

- KJKaren· March 23rd, 2024Our young guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and capable as well as fun! He prioritized safety of the group which was so important in the heat we experienced during our tour. He was able to give us options to suit various ability levels and even managed to let us swim in a pool in between hikes one day! Your itinerary said there would be a tour of a camel farm, which there was not. I think your itinerary should state that the guides may have to change or modify activities due to weather conditions. We did get to the 3 main parks/landmarks and do the main hikes that were listed, which is what I went for. The campsites were "rustic," meaning not high end, but it was camping and was a true Outback experience. Loved it!Show moreTrip date: February 2024

- NANikolas· December 17th, 2023This tour was the best thing I did on my entire trip to Australia. The places and national parks are just magical, my group was very nice and the food was good. Our guide Troy was the best guide that I have ever had, his knowledge was just insane and he gave us a very good time. Worth every penny and I am already thinking about coming back some day in the future.Show moreTrip date: December 2023

Asked on May 21st, 2025I'm looking at the 3D2N Uluru trip starting on 26 May but I wondered what time we might get dropped back at Alice Springs meet up point or even whether the airport might be possible? I was planning to fly back to Melbourne that day and it appears the latest flight out of Alice Springs is at 1430
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written May 2025
We return to Alice Springs at approximately 6pm on Day 3. For this reason, we strongly recommend not booking any onward travel until the following day. We'll be able to drop you off at most accommodations in Alice Springs, and you'll be able to catch your flight the next day without stress.

- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written October 2024
The tents themselves do not have power points, however the campsite is powered and there are various power points our guests can use to charge their devices. This is shared amongst the whole group so we recommend that you also bring a power bank to ensure you can charge your phone/camera for the duration of your tour.
