- TMThomas· November 14th, 2019You will love turkey and you will love this tour. Of course you should do some of the addins like balloon over capadocia. Ghengiskhan was great. Turkey is an amazing place and i would totally recommend it and this tour. In a few places it would have been nice to have a bit more time, but generally well paced. Understand that you are doing a lot of kilometers. Now for the bad: i hope that fez can improve some of the meals. For example when we stayed at the hilton garden inn, the included meal for my wife — four chicken wings about a dozen fries and a small bit of boiled pasta.. nope no oil, sauce or anything. She described it as one of the worst meals of her life... so either they improve this location or just order off the menu. I have to hope that the regular me u is much better. Other places such as kusadasi was great. I wont comment personally on breakfasts as i dont like them but others on the tour were often unhappy with them. What do you need to know before going? The cotton castle doesnt look like the pictures due to diversion of the water. Still jump in the ancient pool and relax! Turkey advertises itself as the worlds largest museum.. and it is. There are so many things one can do or see. This tour will give you a good overview. If you have the time... do the similar tour that also goes to troy and pergamom.Show moreTrip date: October 2019

The guide was really great and helpful especially with the transfers mess that happened with my departure transfer. The company messed up my transfer and Genghis organized with the office so that I didn't miss my flight and he was still carrying on with the second part of the tour. On Day 3 early in the morning, you can join the hot air balloon tour. We pre-book it for you and after you arrive in Turkey, nearer the time depending on the weather conditions, you may confirm it with your guide. The baggage weight is 15 kg.
