Jeff Allen our Cost-savor tour guide was amazing and impressed with his experience. The overall trip was high impact and timely to see all the sights. Having a guide, transportation, experience is totally worth it. Some hotels were better than others but you don’t spend too much time in hotel. The one thing to note is the tour does not come with excursions. You are paying for transportation, tour guide, hotel and a few time stamped experiences. Note that the tour guide plans some experiences planned for extra - take advantage of them and note it is a likely a $500-$750 up charge per person as we were not prepared for this, but glad we did them all. Unlike the itinerary on the website it is highly organized. High recommend.

I brought my granddaughter on this tour of Europe so that she could see some of the major cities that she has dreamed of visiting. We started in London, then visited Paris, Lucerne, Venice, Florence and Rome. This tour was a great way to visit these beautiful European cities in a week. Our Tour Guide, Matt was phenomenal in organizing and leading our tour. He was patient, informative and very funny! We saw so many of the key sites in each of these cities. I highly recommend this tour for people who want to get a Taste of Europe!!

What date is the London arrival date, is it June 20th? Does the hotel accommodation start from June 20th or June 19th? Where is the meeting point or hotel Day #1? What is the best/closet airport in London to arrive from?

    • CostsaverOperatorWritten May 2025

June temperatures vary across the cities on this tour, but here's a helpful breakdown: London: Mild and pleasant, ranging from 12°C to 21°C. Paris: Warm and sunny, averaging 14°C to 24°C. Lucerne: Comfortable, with temperatures around 12°C to 22°C. Venice: Warm and humid, typically 18°C to 27°C. Florence: Hot and dry, with temperatures between 17°C and 30°C. Vatican City: Summer heat setting in, from 17.8°C to 27°C. Dover: Mild conditions, ranging 13°C to 18°C. Calais: Pleasant early summer weather, around 12°C to 20°C. There will be 2 nights accommodation included as part of the tour hotel in London at the start (with breakfast) which will be for the nights of 20th and 21st June. Currently, the meeting point or hotel listed in London is at Lincoln Plaza London Curio Collection by Hilton. As for the airport, our recommended airport is either London Heathrow Airport (LHR) or London Gatwick Airport (LGW).
