Their response time during their business hours (Vietnam time) was quick and efficient. They were clear and thorough in addressing all of my questions both before and after I booked the tour. Prior to the tour's commencement, the sales representative handling my account reached out to me and proposed an alternative for the second day of the tour. They took into consideration our previous conversations, in which I mentioned having family in Ho Chi Minh City. This thoughtful suggestion allowed us to modify our itinerary, giving us the opportunity to explore another city with a unique story. My family greatly appreciated this flexibility, and we enthusiastically accepted the new itinerary. As promised, all accommodations and transportation were well-organized. Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with Legend Travel Group created lasting memories for our family.
