The hotel changed at the last minute, they messed up the baggage check-in which resulted in everyone having to pay a lot of money. Further, they have a crazy policy where all of the receipts go to them even though I paid for something. Tour Radar needs to vet their subs as I was not impressed. Communication was lacking. To add, the excursion with the elephants + 1 additional night in Bangkok + Private transfers a day before it will cost $222.80 per person.
