Most late afternoons and evenings were free for additional activities or exploring on your own. Drivers were careful and safe. Guides were knowledgeable and always on hand to greet us. The accommodations were very good to excellent. We planned our trip with Tony (Bui) who patiently answered our many questions. We were met by Danny (Nguyen Tien Dan) at the airport in Hanoi. He let us know he would be our primary contact throughout our tour. He was immediately available for any questions, was flexible with requests and kept in contact with us every step of the way.
